That's what everyone thought,but I'm sure their have been people who have achieved that and have yet to get the spinning skull emblem. Look around on google,there are a lot of theories on how to get it.

Maybe,but why would anyone do that for an epic-super duper-amazingly-fantastical-shiny emblem? It's not like it's unique or anything :p

yea in quarry theres one with no teddy and favela there is a teddy on a wall.
