1. Start up Resistance Fall of Man.
2. At the main menu choose campaign.
3. Once you are actually playing the game press start.
4. Go down to save & quit, select it then hover over YES.
5. Press eject on your PS3 and put MW2 in.
6. Count to 10 then press YES.
7. Modern Warfare 2 will now start and take you to the menu.
8. Select multiplayer and go play online.
9. You can now create a private match or find a public game (Most likely empty).
10. You cannot use the invite system so your friends that are bypassed must use the Join Session option.
11. You can now enjoy every glitch on Modern Warfare 2

Why dont you just try doin it with a friend. That will answer your question.

The non-premium version requires you to delete the gamedata for modern warfare 2 that would become annoying when the map pack comes out
