Double Tap Y is for people that keep their hands ready to shoot, if you just sit there, then someone will pop up and you will have a slower reaction time.

its coz if you go for a ninja defuse and keep taking y/triangle it keeps you kind of out of sight from the enemy

I double tap triangle than hold L1

the crosshairs move in before the scope does making it easier to no-scope, just my opinion..
