I think a Ninja Defuse is when a bomb is defused while the planter is extremely close for the duration of the defuse, not just the end of the defuse. I mean close enough for the bomb to kill them if it blew up.

The best kind of ninja defuse is defusing as soon as it has been planted...lol :p. As for the accolade, I think its defusing while the planter is alive.
