Ok let me tell you that many people are comparing campers with noobs. No you're wrong...
Camper: People who are playing a war game; get a kill and move to another spot; don't stay in the same spot for too long.
Rusher: Just a crazy guy running
Strategy: A person who knows what he is doing, while playing a game, and that almost every time he can win a round or match, just because he don't do stupid things
Skills: Good aim, can rush, can kill enemies easy
Noob: Camping without any reason (without sniper) or just stay in the same spot; die while was
camping and go to the same place; can't even face a enemy, if the enemy is shooting at him.
Strategy is not the samething as skills, for example: i bought the xbox, i have the same strategies but not the same skills (because of the xbox controllers)... and as for campers, what else can you do with a sniper? i mean yeah, not stay 2mins in the same spot etc... and the noobs are just really annoying. "If you have skills you can be a rusher, if you have strategies, you will not be a rusher" by T-Icey
Campers that camp too much they are not called campers, they are called noobs, a camper don't stay in a spot for too much long, and they don't play like noobs. So yeah, they are not the same.

I say: If you practice a lot with a sniper or just use it a lot in general and get to a very skilled level, you can easily quick-scope as a game style without making yourself look like an OpTic wannabe.
