I can't make a video because my Cap Card isn't working, but trust me it works and I believe it's a fairly simple tutorial.

1) Hold down R1, so your gun starts shooting. Don't let go until I say to!

2) Press start, and go to Button Layout. Change your layout to "Default Flipped" (assuming you're using "Default") and then hit circle twice, to close the start menu.

3) After the start menu closes, your gun should keep shooting. Now let go of R1 (it should still be shooting!)

4) Now go back to the start menu and change your layout back to Default. Now when you quit out of the start menu, your gun should just keep on shooting.

It's not very practical glitch for ranked matches, but it's fun for showing your friends ("Look man, no hands!")

I knew of one for CoD4 where you didnt have to reload and you could do this but it was patched on 360
