The need to sort out the spawn badly. Whatever cocksucker came up with the free for all spawns should be shot. That is some disgraceful work. If I failed that badly at work, my arse would be on jobseekers allowance quick time.

Dedicated servers are the most important.

WAAAAAAAAYYYY too many playlists there buddy. There would only be 10000 people in a playlist MAX, and no company has the server space to hold all the playlist information and games.

I can see IW's view on this. It would cost money and time. Which, they still havn't released the map pack for PS3. Sadly, I cant expect anything special from them. MW2 really disapointed me : /
