Acr is pretty rapetastic, so is the ak, and as for the recoil, just learn to aim a bit low, the recoil will help you alot.

I love the Tar-21 with a silencer. Takes 3-4 bullets to kill, good size clip (I use scavenger pro so I never notice) and hardly any recoil. Fantastic gun!
