Try using a wired connection for your system as a wired connection provides for a more stable connection than a wireless connection. Also, go ahead and shut off your router/modem for about 30 seconds, now turn your router back on and try the game again. This will help with your issue if the router/modem is becoming clogged with data.

If wireless network settings are still enabled in your PS3 XMB, then disable them before attempting to play again. Afterwards, test the game again.

How To Enable Ports:
NOTICE: I have a Netgear Router, You will have to contact Your Router Manufactuer To Find out how to Enable Port Triggering/Forwarding

Go To Port Triggering/Forwarding and Type ine these Ports..
2005, 3074, 3075, 3478(UDP) and port 80, 443, 5223, 3074(TCP).

Step 6. Choose Update System And Click from Media Storage
Step 7. If it doesn't work you have done something wrong....

Another way, Hold The PS3 Power button down untill You hear 2 Beeps Choose Option 3 Just go through and Now try the game.

If None OF that Works.. Your Really Screwed..... Cntact sony and get your PS3 set up for service.. It can cost up to $179.99
