1. make a party
2. once pary is made upload a video to youtube (over 20mb)
3. straight after upload search for game of choice.
4. invite the rest of the party to game.
5. once all are in stop upload and game should start.

Do i have this right? like i said i am able to test this tonight but i just want to know if i understand how to do it correctly.

you could just start the match then have everyone sign out then sign back in and no one can join
