well i was wondering if you could go back a level or maybe even go back form level one to some kind of negative exp land??

I'm pretty sure you can't get demoted, and if you can you sure can't go beyond level 1; someone would have found it months ago.

You don't actually lose XP, you still get the same amount of points as if you didn't kill anyone. Only on the stat board it shows you have a lower score than the other players, but really you gain the same amount of XP as if you didn't team kill.

In COD4 HC S&, I team killed a lot, and didn't lose any XP.

I misread your question. What others have already said is correct.

As they have all said, you get negative score, not XP.
