Definitely Semtex, I find Frags too difficult to use with the new physics, very difficult to be accurate and get them to stay on a specific spot or area.

Semtex is way too easy to use... and that's why I use it xD

i don't often use grenades as i prefer claymores so i know i'm not being flanked.

but from using the grenades early on and on my p90 class i think semtex is just so much better

semtex has a much larger radius, a very short fuse which means if you throw it near the enemy there is no avoiding the death, it doesn't detonate in mid air, you can stick people, it owns riot shields/campers.

on cod4 frags were seriously overpowered, cod5 got them exactly right, now they are just weak.
the best things about them are you can throw them alot further and bounce them around corners, but they are just so much weaker in mw2 that semtex is the only worthwhile choice.
you can get kills with frags but semtex is just alot better in almost every way, when a frag is thrown into the room im in, i just stay where i am and watch it roll into the corner, the most it ever does is put me on red health..

Semtex is the best. The damn frags just roll everywhere and if you hold them to long they kill you.

Semtex by far.
1) Riot shields don't stand a chance
2) Stick to walls or ceilings to easy kills (can also be greatest downfall, but it all comes with practice)
3) Wider/Stronger damage radius than the frag. Even though the frag you can cook, the semtex seems to have a wider area of affectivness.
