thats so old and not worth posting..
u can kill yeah, trough 1 of the open windows.( above turret and above "back door"next library)
walk ontop of the pipes, inside buiding, to make shure u dont fall down.
other side of the road, u drop urself on backside, while moving towards building.
its a false wall, it takes u to the window above mounted turret gun.

nice, the first elevator is hard, not getting up the first step, but all the others.
