If you know how to use HxD editor i think its possible...Save you're game data,copy usb blah blah open HxD editor on pc,open GPAD0_CM

Select the 40, click on edit>fill section

You need the number 13 or under...but in Hex numbers!
maybe 9D or 0E

But if you change the sensitivity to a higher level, you're unable to look around,changing it to like 18-25 will make you unable to look around and you will have no recoil,changing it under 13 will make it maybe unable to look around too,but if we change it to 7F or higher
it will make you unable to look around, but here's the trick once you did, go online join a match then go options then change sensitivy to 10 then leave, then go all way to main menu, then back to online, then play online and if its done right you should have more sensitivity!

Now that was me thinking!Like a Noob

Or buy a new controller where you can change the controllers-sensitivity. Change it to an higher number and maybe its an higher sensitivity.

i hope they do briong more sensitivity out because if you play on insane for a long time it gets really slow
