On topic:
I prefer the TAR, it has a better iron sight for me and higher ROF (good for close quaters). Also, the muzzle flash on AK is crazy on iron sights.

I am going with the TAR. It is unlocked at a lower level, less recoil (at least when using a silencer the whole damn gun doesn't shake), and it is comperable in power and accuracy.

I think the AK's iron sights are (arguably) the best in the game. It is just when you use the silencer with it it bounces all over the screen if you just hold down the trigger.

Wowwwwwwwwwwwwwww each bullet that comes out of the ak47 has the exact same damage as the tar21 and no it's not 4 shots it's like 2 with stopping power
