Well, you can try to make a new user. Go to the menu that is farthest left on the PS3 with all the users and choose 'create new user' or whatever it's called. Then you go to the place where you sign in under 'Playstation Network', press 'Sign up for a New Account', and then when you get to the blue menu after that, you can choose to sign in with an existing account..
