Think of it this way..
You get roughly 7 kills a game when nuke boosting, so you need about 150 games of nuke boosting for it.

This thread should be closed already becuase it's not valid and doesn't have a reliable source. Just to prove it i will put, the way to get the spinning skull emblem---"Must defeat chuck norris in a match" in the call of duty wiki.
