1: Get out of any map
2: Find a place where there are missing textures (Big pitch-black pits of nothing)
3: One of you has to jump down so they're bleeding out.
4: The other person needs to jump down and land on the downed partner
5: The person who isn't downed needs to revive their partner
6: You should both be alive

I've only been bothered to test "Hidden", but it should work with any map you can get out of without elevating. I don't know if it works after Patch 1.10, I know it worked on 1.09.
