We'll when im in my LOBBY it says " Your NAT Type: Open "
But when i join a game i have 1 bar and everyone has 4 BARS. And this Also happened in COD4 while bypassing.
Can anyone please help me !
I have a netgear wireless router and Comcast is my internet provider.

Either your router is messed up, or your network is being used by something else (computer, etc)
If nothing else works, try using a
wired
connection.

same stuff happens to me ill have green bars though and be lagging

It could be one of two things.
1) Good ol' lag
2) Power cycle your hardware. Pull the power plug on router & modem... count to ten and plug them back in
