Unfortunately, you are HIGHLY unlikely to find a free lobby. This is because the owner has to buy the JTag, install it, pay to get the Xbox unbanned if it gets banned, and use his time to host the lobby.

I would if I had a JTAG.

JTAGS cost money because if you get banned you need to buy a new KV.
