No, I believe you only have them, and you can't pass them on unless you have a JTAG Xbox. They also go away when you sign out, go to the dashboard, or shut off your Xbox.

As long as your infected and you host a private match everybody in it will become infected. I mean think about it, YOU became infected from someone didnt you?
