no dont think so..... And to be honest its not a fail for PSN or IW as it says in the playstation store to check the BLES code on MW2.

I couldn't find my box and it is a fail as games are not region locked but DLC are? It doesn't make sense.

Seeing how you were warned, and frankly said careless enough not to check the BLES ID's, I truly fail to see how any of this is PSN's fault?
