you get 30 health in HC mode. ump does 40-35.... trust me try it in a private match.

personally I use the lower damage guns in hardcore and higher damage ones in core games. Good setups thats been working for me are:

ACR w/ holosight and silencer
Bling pro
Cold-blooded pro
Ninja pro
Akimbo G18 w/ FMJ

M4 w/ FMJ
scavenger pro
Cold-blooded pro
ninja pro
RPG

as for attachments is your choice? you should know that stopping power is useless in HC... you could use cold-blooded
