No you can't get banned couse you are offline so your basicly not useing and ip but i did here gold desert eagle and some other stuff dont work anymore.

You will not get banned because you're not online and because it is their fault that you can do it. You're not really hacking in a way because hacking is when you do something that you can't usually get, but this is all built into the game. You also would need to delete the patch.

If your not online, then you can't be banned.

Moderation isn't to big on the PS3 i've noticed. However hacking and glitching are banable. If say you bluntly go in public games getting a nuke after one kill and using the nuke repeatedly your bound to get enough reports from people to get yourself looked into and your account banned. The glitch and save file hacking many call fair game and just being an advanced user, but yes pretiege hacking online and other misc things are against the policy but rarely are people banned.

More directly your going to be OFFLINE playing lan and what not so they'll simply never know or at least shoudn't know so your safe or at least should be :]

Lol firstly, its offline, they shouldn't even be able to ban you.

Secondly, its Sony. They don't really care too much about bannings unless its very serious or a first party game

Look at all the hackers, nothing has even happened to them and its been like 5+ months now.
