well i dont have proof but ive hacked a few accounts and no one has been banned yet

got to your barrack and go to leaderboards then just select the one you would like to view

on the top of the thread theres a button labeled thread tools and it will give you the option to subscribe then it will tell you when there are new posts in that thread
