I use Ninja, but on UMP and other SMG's, I occasionally use Steady aim / sit rep

That's because nobody wants to admit to using it. I use them all except scrambler and last stand. Commando really burns my balls, which is why I use it. I will bitch about some teleporting asshole, and then make a three story leap right before I teleport and stab someone else. The perk is great, that's why people hate it.

Scrambler? It tells people your coming.

Ninja? Pro is great, people using HBS aren't that terrifying, I'd die more from jumping of thing than I do from scrub screens.

Steady Aim? I use it on my akimbo class Uzi and G18. The G18 is ridiculously accurate with it.

Sitrep? Ahhhh yes thats where the boosters are..............

Last Stand? It kills me, but I can't use it.

Ninja, steady aim, or scrambler. scrambler really isn't that bad of a perk. It's great for multistory areas like skidrow and free claymore protection.
