I love having OMA on most of my classes so I can get more ammo or change my setups on the fly in changing game situations. So if I'm using stopping power on something and someone calls a UAV or some other killstreak, you can just swap over to something with oma and cold blooded and wait it out, or swap to something with cold blooded and a stinger and blast it out of the sky.

I'd go with these because they are low enough to get often and can get you a load of kills.

I have an exact same setup except I use stuns. One of my all time favorites.
