not on ps3, on ps3 you have to go to the recieved messages and click on the one. Pretty simple but not as fast as xbox. (PS3 owns btw :] )

Well, you just go to the messages and it'll be there. If it's just a normal message, there won't be a "join party" right? And they wouldn't have to the leave the game to check it.
