Also in Single player there is the Tar-21 with a normal looking red dot sight instead of the ugly one it has in multiplayer.

Museum Guns:

W1200 Shotgun - held by an enemy first on the left of the first room (if its not there then exit & reenter the room a few times)

Snipers
SVD - held by several enemys. First on the right in the first room
(next to a dog)

There are a few more camos for more guns like the Striker (woodland i think) and snow & woodland camo for the Dragunov.
found throughout campaign.

Not to forget the Ice/Frost and Black camo for the Vector and the ACR.
