i wouldnt ever expect the seals but the army (rangers) to be fighting in a place like karachi.

If you go to spectator mode in a private match and look at the spawn point near the white box truck you can see the Navy Seal F470 CRRC boats against a locked gate on the outside of the map(CRRC= Combat Rubber Reconnaissance Craft). I am guessing the Navy Seals were deployed to take the city and thats the spawn point at the beginning of the match.

I noticed the port but haven't noticed the truck until you mentioned it.
