when suddenly some prick with bling sitrep pro and cold blooded smashes me with the models from 30ft away. How is this possible?

Is it his perkset? idk rly -.-

Im gona mess around with perks. Maybe iw didnt patch them with a certain perkset that none would use with the models 0.0?
