It could be a mod, but doesn't seem fast enough. I can shoot about that fast on PS3, without a mod, but with my mod on xbox I shoot faster than that.

Also, the irregular shooting patterns doesn't necessarily mean it's not a mod. He could just be pressing it and releasing it so that people think it's not a mofd. I do that sometimes so it's not as obvious that I have a mod.

I myself have an Itchy trigger finger an can empty a clip pretty fast BUT no one could possibly walk around casually while aiming and rapidly shooting like that.

Plus he was probably letting go of the trigger just to make it look legit lol:y:
