i had something like this happen but it was with the intervention i was using the intervention with artic camo and nothing on it and i got killed and i had a digital intervention with acog

3+ attatchments maybe?
Try in a private match get someone with bling on, P90 - FMJ/Silencer & then you make a class with bling and add like holographic & extended mags & then try this process to see if you have the 4 attatchments on one gun
