PS: Scrambler is useless until you get Scrambler Pro which is 99% useless, lol. All you have to go is play Hot and Cold with your radar. I liked their first idea which was it makes several red dots go across your radar!

Scrambler is the worst perk every made. I actually prefer Eavesdrop. It's just a mini uav for the enemy and they're more switched on.
