Lightweight
Commando

They are running around holding a javelin and knifing... They say it speeds up knifing. I tried this out and it SEEMS to speed up knifing. Whether or not the javelin animation seems to make it faster, or if it really does knife faster, I don't know.Whether or not it is legit it still looks cool

All my friends that I have asked also believe it speeds up the knifing process.

Please comment/speculate.

It's worth a try.

This could work, because you are using marathon and then lightweight. But then you also have commando built in to it, which would make it a lot better. Then you also have your Smg, like the Mp5 and also the Ump45. But i am sorry i would have to disagree with this.

Because when I use a javelin i usually blow up stuff with it. Not just run around with it trying to knife other players. But you have the choice what you can use in the game, so it really does not matter, it is your right to play the game and what you use to play the game with. -TheReaper

It can't slow down your running speed your primary weapon determines your running speed if you use the class editor and put an SMG as your primary and a riot shield as your secondary you will run as fast as without a riot shield.

It slows down running but knifes faster.

If you want to speed up knifing:
+Right after you knife and you knife hits the enemy, you hold the grenade button and then hit triangle or y quickly after to switch back to ur gun. *Its faster than the tac. knife*

(Everyone says they know this but i never see anybody doin it)

It slows your running and you can't really knife fast but instead of using javelin try usp akimbo or usp tactical. Others slow it down, thrust me i have experience with knifing am the best n I used every gun n I found out that usp with akimbo you can move your arm to knife faster then tactical (what i mean is with akimbo u can move your arm faster to knife again n again, but with tactical u can move your arm to knife a little bit slower).

Yes your right but u also can use usp akimbo which is fast. IDK which is faster but i'll try and come back to confirm ok.

The grenade + triangle thing cancels out Commando and the USP Akimbo DOESNT speed up knifing, it just always plays the stabbing motion instead of the skiing motion.
