You cant. Unless you're a close friend of hunters.

Temporarily?
Get yourself into a modded lobby.
Fairly easy, just look in the Mw2 Hacks And Exploits section and add some people that are hosting modded / infected lobbys

No you cant. A shotgun jump just isnt good enough. You cant get enough speed // Hight off of it

you dont have to go to the spot you got to before you jumped. you can get ontop of the building and with a few tries get up there, easier than jumping on those tiny pillar things
