I voted a hardscoper because thats the most effective sniping tactic

Someone who can hit a target hard-scoping quickly(drag shot), but can also quick-scope when necessary.

no scoping is actually 'luck' so that is out of the question. quik scoping takes skill...in the game but not the best sniper. a good sniper actually takes his time and gets 4 or 5 kills from a distance, not rushing around with a damn sniper like some of these freakn kids do and quick scope right up to your face.
