Youll have the hack.. But it would only work in private matches and will only work until you shut your PS3 off. Once you shut it off your no longer effected

I have recently got into an infection lobby and it was a blast, so I decided to leave and make my own for a couple of friends and I. One of my friends couldn't join so I went to refresh my playlists thinking I could get the infection off one of my other friends, it didn't work. Now when I go to join another infection lobby it says something about my playlists being newer then the hosts so I can't play with then until they refresh their playlists as well. -.-

What the point of all this is, is there a way to counteract or maybe fix this problem?
