the only one i didn't understand was the one at 2:36 with the C-4 being placed that fast after they spawn but other than that the rest look legit.

No, it's not staged. What happens in HC SnD sometimes, if you're playing with the right people, both teams will go for spawn tubes. When you spawn tube, you usually stay at the spawn for a few seconds, trying to get off two tubes. This is all the time that's needed to get a multikill. Most of these tubes anyways will get you at least a 2-in-1 in core SnD, and usually at least a 3-in-1 in HC SnD, even if you're playing with rushers.
