You throw a c4 and this c4 is like a player that get stuck at the domination flag and cap it. And it dont let other players cap it and it cant be destroyed.

My own anti-camper playlist:

1) Camping in the same area for 15 seconds = -25XP.
2) No killstreaks above 7, no care packages or counter-UAVs either.
3) No deathstreaks.
4) In ground-war there would only be domination, no TDM.
5) No maps larger than Karachi e.g. no Derail.
