its a timed exclusive pal, just like the stim pkge.
the only reason the 360 guys get it earlier is because robert bowing( i think thats his name) is a hardcore fanboy, who without support from 12 year olds on the 360, would probably have no job.
on either side of the "consol debate," everyone can agree that he is a huge dick and that IW fail at all aspects of the game. well maby not at making a game soo noob friendly
