Hey guys, I'd just like to list my fave way to possibly help you increase your MW2 Kill/Death Ratio and overall skill level.
Method 1:
"Stealth"
With this method you can go for nukes or simply enjoy the other killstreaks. One of the best ways to improve your overall gameplay also, if that is your intent.
Killstreaks
KDR:
-Harrier Strike
-Pave Low
-AC130/Chopper Gunner (With ac130 you can use all 3 killstreaks at the same time!)
NUKES:
-Harrier Strike
-Chopper Gunner/AC130 (Chopper is generally better unless in a game mode such as HQ or Domination)
-Tactical Nuke
Class:
Personally i prefer to go with a "Defensive Rush" tactic, basically you move your way up the map well making sure you cannot be blindsided or killed with ease. For this i would recommend;
Weapon: The gun YOUR best with, with a SILENCER (Unless sniping, in that case use something useful, because a silencer weakens bullet damage on sniper rifles)
Perks:
1 - SCAVENGER (This is required)
2 - STOPPING POWER (Quick, more "stealthy" kills)
3 - NINJA PRO (You need pro, silent footsteps are vital)
Equipment:
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING A CLAYMORE, plant it when you find a good spot so you are not vulnerable from the sides/behind.
Tactic:
When using this game style you must be AWARE of your surroundings, pay attention to where your team is spawning and try to imagine where the enemy is spawning. Place yourself in a safe, but effective spot, where you can still see the enemy (always have an escape route if you are seen). Try to move with your team but at the same time keep far enough from them that you can rack up the kills. When you get your harrier DO NOT USE IT (If your going for a nuke), unless your guranteed to get 4 kills instantly from the airstrike, instead wait till you are at 9-10 kills to use your harrier (Also gradually work your way to a safe location near your teams spawn or someplace EXTREMELY HIDDEN). This way you can PROTECT your harrier with the chopper gunner/ac130. Now your almost guranteed to get your Nuke. If you do not, try to re-group with your team and sit back a bit, just picking off people till you get the Nuke.
If your using the "KDR" killstreaks, using your harrier quickly is fine, as long as you are hidden, you want to make sure you get your other killstreaks! Also when your going for KDR building, you can simply die after using your 3 killstreaks and try for them once again!

Oh btw, when you master this method try offensive rushing
its what I do occasionally and i maintain a 2.50+ kdr still :love:
