less than 2000 are playing the maps because they are already put into the map rotations for the other playlists. people dont want to only play random game modes and only the maps from the map pack

One reason few people play it is because they're now interspersed among the regular maps in the regular playlists.

This is far from a fail, even disregarding the above. $15*3000=$45000 that they've made.
