It came with my computer, however, it doesnt have any software with it to capture with:mad:. So I need some software to capture with. Any ideas? Also I am wondering if there is any way to play through my T.V. and still cap with it. One last thing; Does anyone know of any good video editing software?(preferably free)

(P.S. I am trying to make a MW2 montage)

i use Sony Vegas Pro 9c as a video editing software, and its extremly easy to work with, does great quality and alot of functions but not too complicated, good for beginners but does not limit you.
strongly recommend vegas pro.
Its possible to get it for free, as long as you know where to look i got mine for free

as for the capturecard i've got no clue, i use the infamous Hauppauge HD PVR, best there is

No, but I just need a generic video capture program.

Try manufacturers website, they might have a driver and software for it.

Either use VirtualDub to cap the recording or Amcap. two good capture softwares
and to edit just get a copy of sony vegas pro 9.

You can find it at your local torrent site.
(I do not promote torrent downloading but cmon the software is freaking expensive )
