Errm, have you looked around lately, these guys barely know how to connect a PS3 HDD to the PC.
Also don't try the "it will become public if I tell" bullshit, it's spreading regardless, people even have self-made tutorials on these aswell, so your guarding of the "secrets" is nothing more than useless.

Lol, I tried it and got this error:
"The system software cannot be run correctly. Press the PS button to try to restart the system.
If the system cannot be restarted, the system partition of the hard disk must be reformatted and you must reinstall the system software.
Connect storage media that contains update data of version 3.30 or later, and then press the START and SELECT buttons at the same time.
For information on how to obtain update data, refer to the SCE Web site for your region."
I typed all the w/o seeing the chat box and only had 2 typos.
But yeah, I think 3.30 messes with it.

haha give him a break. he's clueless on whats going on anyway. my guess is in 2 days 3 people will have posted tutorials on it (if its possible like people are saying). so i'll sit here, help out as needed, and just wait for this shit stain of a game to get run over lol
