.Red Perks

-Modify Stopping Power for One-Shot-Kill with Bolt Action Sniper Rifles

-Modify Lightweight to 5% increase not 7%

-Leave Hardline

-Start Cold-Blooded with the pro version and normal including the original also.
+ The Pro version should be the ability to fake your death five times in One Life for a duration of 10 seconds

-Remove Danger Close and replace it with OverKill
( The ability have two primary guns at spawn)
+The Pro Version should be having the same gun with different attachments)

.Yellow/Green perks

-Remove Commando or decrease the range and slow down the speed by 75% and you should take damage whilst lunging

-Modify steady Aim so that the pro version also gives you even smaller Cross Hairs

-Modify Scrambler into an equipment slot so that you can place it at an area and peoples radar will go static and it can be Destroyed.

-Leave Ninja

-Leave Sitrep

-If you stay in a certain area for more than 10 seconds than the kills you get in that spot do not count to your killstreaks

-Grenade Launcher Cancels out The Blue Perk

-Tactical Insertion should be removed

-"Gunz a Blazing" gameplay is awarded with killstreak multipliers

-Killstreaks are re-vamped such that if someone that has just spawned can not be killed within 5 seconds.

-Spawn Players AWAY from enemies

IMO remove noobtubes completely. They aren't really required to make the gameplay alot better. Oh and I like that idea that if you stay in the same spot you take damage, that would be awesome

take away the tubes. show a solid dot on the radar when some one stays in the same area. i mean how can they kill some1 while standing still to make it seem realistic. but then again who is going to buy mw3

the face of a company always gets the blame.
but nevertheless you got my idea. iw broke the game, and everyone blames bowling for it.

make knifing more accurate and 2 knife kill. maybe 2 throwing knives would make people use them more. the blast shield is also commonly under rated/least used.

my concept on sniper rifles [without stopping power]

one shot kill in a close range (quick scope range) even with silencer attatched
2 shot kill with silencer attatched when firing from a great distance except headshots
no hitmarker when getting a headshot from any distance.
