Tutorial:
1-To do the 3 guns and 4 perks hack you need another player
I Do this on Split Screen With My Brother

2-Now first thing you do is you need to do the 3 guns and 4 perks hack using the class editor tool You must login or register to view this content.
======================================
3-Copy your save data of your split screen accounts into a flashmemory and then plug the flashmemory into your PC and open the files in your class editor
======================================
4-While editing your class you and your partner should have The CopyCat and any weapon Gold desert eagle,LMG,SMG
======================================
You must login or register to view this content.

======================================
5-After you have finished editing your mpdata save the changes and then put the flash into your PS3 and then copy the files
======================================
6-Enter MW2 and go to split screen and start your game with the accounts you have edited then you will be noticed that nothing have changed
======================================
7-let your friend kill you until you have the copycat after that when you got the copycat copy your friend class
====================================== 8-Done! you will see that you have 3 guns Winky Winky

So it works online. But you cant play in public matches unless you have a friend that also is doing the hack.
