Okay well i dont know all the exact steps i did but it happened in a private match with some infections, a turbo controller, and a standy button, we were testing out the old method of the care package glitch. I had the speed hack, And AC-130 care package infection. Me and about 3 other players were messing around with the infections and carepackagess. Heres what i had and what i did. (DONT REMEMBER ALL OF IT) +rep me...if ya want to it would really help
I had:

6) Press right on your directional Pad
IF DONE CORRECTLY the bottom right of your screen should read "Care Package Marker"
7) Throw the stun
Throw the care package
9) Swap classes with One Man Army
MY METHO
Steps :

4) Cook the marker and climb
5) At the top of your climb press AND HOLD your "Secondary Equipment" button (stun, flah, smoke)
6) Press right on your directional Pad
IF DONE CORRECTLY the bottom right of your screen should read "Care Package Marker"
7)Press Standby Now Press TURBO on controller, (STUN SHOULD AUTOMATICALLY GET TOSSED)
9)Do STEP 8 with the CAREPACKAGE
10)Turn Standby back off.
That was all i remembered. Maybe more steps?
WHAT I SAW:
After i turned standby back off; all of my equipment appeared back on my screen, and so did my carepackage. But the carepackage i threw was still on the floor with NO RED SMOKE, But the helicopter came and dropped off a carepackage. So i went to it, USED it, and it worked. So than i used the carepackage that i got back from turning standby off. AND IT WORKED! I got +100 and it was real. I threw it, red smoke came out, heli dropped off the package, i grabbed it, used it and it worked.
