The P90/silencier or FMJ is my favorite SMG in the game. I prefire quite a bit, and with the P90 I can keep up a stream of bullets when I miss some shots, my opponent ducks around corners, then pop back and I'm still firing.

If you're looking for the best SMG in the game, then the UMP45 dominates all. It's a 3 bullet kill w/ lightweight, and the overall perfect gun to rush with. If you're looking for an actual challenge, but still can do well, go with the P90.

UMP45 is barred in most competition.
Speak to people who play competition, the vector is more versatile.

Barred? If you mean banned, then you are mistaken. The UMP45 is completely legal in MLG competition. I play Gamebattles quite a bit, so I'm up to date with all the MLG regulations.
