The program allows u to connect to PS3 live or Xbox live on your computer. This would allow people to do hacks and not be banned cause there computer is doing the hack. THere is a few videos on youtube that show how to hack a server on the computer, but if somone made this program they could use those for the consoles. I would try to make this program but i dont know how to make programs. If anyone does make this program pls tell me
